Nathan Gervais

Nathan Gervais focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration and investor-State arbitration. Nathan has acted in a variety of arbitration proceedings before the ICSID, PCA, ICC, LCIA and CCL. He frequently acts as Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals.

Nathan completed his law studies in France and in the United Kingdom. He obtained his master degrees from the Universities of Paris Saclay and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Prior to joining DJ Arbitraje, Nathan worked in major law firms in France and in Colombia as an intern.

Nathan works in English, Spanish and French.
