Valeria Garro

Valeria has worked in Costa Rican and international arbitration cases since 2015, both related to public procurement and private contracts. She frequently serves as Administrative Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal in international arbitration cases.

Her professional focus is on alternative dispute resolution, and she is an accredited mediator and negotiator. In addition, she has participated in advising clients in matters of public law and contracting as well as in commercial and consumer law.

She also has experience with judicial cases in commercial, labour and administrative matters.
